🎆 Newly furnished Double room available for rent by one person (lodger status), in our family home.

This is not a HMO!

🏚️ Our house is ten mins walk or a quick bus ride to the Beaumont Centre that has a Tesco Extra with fuel, Boots, McDonalds and other shops and amenities with plenty of parking.

🚌 The bus stop is a three min walk away from our house and has direct routes in to Leicester city center and surrounding areas, the Train station, all three Leicester Hospitals, Loughborough, Anstey and many other links to buses that go further county and Nation wide.

☮️ You will share the bathroom, kitchen, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, washing machine, dryer, living room and garden with us.

(The front and back garden need a little tlc currently but please do not let this put you off as these are our next projects!)

🚘There may be space occasionally for you to park your car on our drive (not located at the front of the house), otherwise on street parking is possible.

🐌 There is a small shed and garage. Storage of a bike/motorbike is possible if needed.

🏢 I work full time and my son will be back at college and work from September so the house will be generally quiet after the morning rush! Weekends are also generally quiet as I go out and my son generally sleeps in!

Evenings are short time wise after work/college and normally spent cooking food, watching the TV, practicing music, studying or going to bed early Zzzz

Lodger must be working (no night shifts). Proof of right to rent and work in the uk will be sought with prior permission.
