Tenancy Takeover- Barclay Street, Leicester

Due to a change in circumstances I need a tenancy takeover for my student room in a house at Barclay Street in Leicester let by SUlets.

It's a lovely student home is spread over three floors and comprises of five large double bedrooms, each already furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers, a spacious lounge, a good sized kitchen diner and two first floor bathrooms. All finished to a very high standard with enough space left over for you to make it your own. Its situated close to both Leicester Universities.
