Studio Room Available Upperton Road, Student Roost

I have a studio room (Studio Silver) at Upperton Road, Student Roost, available for takeover for the 2026/27 academic year. I'm no longer able to take up the tenancy due to a change in my accommodation circumstances, so I'm looking for a suitable student to take it over directly with Student Roost.

Rent: £171.00/week (£7,548.43 for the full tenancy period)

Requirements (set by Student Roost, not me):

Must be a registered student at a recognised university
Must complete Student Roost's own tenancy agreement and guarantor process directly with them
Must not already have a 2026/27 booking with Student Roost

This is a genuine, fully furnished studio in a well-located student building — I just can't take it up myself.
