⏳ Contract Length: 51 weeks (Ends on 27th August 2027)

🛏️ Room Type: En-suite Room (Private bathroom, shared kitchen/living space)

💰 Rent: £120 per week (All utility bills, heating, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi included!)

📍 Location: Super central location. Walking distance to both De Montfort University (DMU) and the University of Leicester (UoL).
