Classic Ensuite Tenancy Takeover- Filbert Village

I booked this student flat earlier this year, however, I have found somewhere else to live, and therefore I need someone to take over my tenancy in this property.

The tenancy is 45 weeks, running from 18 September 2026 to 30 July 2027. The tenancy can also be changed to 51 weeks if you wish, wherein the weekly price will decrease.

It is a 20 minute walk, an 8 minute cycle or a 5 minute drive from University of Leicester campus. It is a 13 minute walk, a 3 minute cycle or a 4 minute drive from De Montfort University campus.

The price for the classic ensuite is currently being advertised as £147 on the official website (Homes For Students) however, because I booked it earlier this year, the price is cheaper- £139 a week. Therefore, this is the price you will be paying, not £147. This will be confirmed by the official company. All utility bills are included in the price. To confirm, it is not me renting the property, the company will ensure the contract takeover.

The place comes fully furnished, both the room and the communal kitchen. You will be sharing a flat with 3 other people, who all have ensuites. The room includes a three-quarter-sized (small double) bed, a mirror, storage and a study desk and chair. The kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, vacuum and cleaning equipment. There is a communal common room and cinema room where you can relax and a separate study room.
