URGENT Tenancy takeover

Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy for the 26/27 academic year.

The tenancy is from September 5th to July 10th (44 weeks) and is £142 a week, £6248 total to be paid in 3 instalments.

The room itself is a classic bigger shared apartment, with an en-suite bathroom and a 3/4 bed.

Rent includes all bills and includes access to an on-site private gym and laundrette.

The building (Applegate place) is super high quality, the kitchen was refurbished only a year ago and it’s super central to leicester, just a 5 minute walk to DMU.

I lived there for 2 years prior and can vouch for the quality of the staff and facilities with the fact I planned to live there a third.

The contract takeover will be handled professionally and officially by the staff at Applegate place.
