I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy for a modern Bronze Studio at Merlin Heights (managed by Collegiate AC). The move-in date is flexible around early November. The contract runs until mid-July 2027 (approx. 37-38 weeks remaining from a 45-week tenancy).

THE FINANCIALS:

Rent is £150 per week.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (High-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating).

NO SECURITY DEPOSIT required! You will only be responsible for taking over the remaining scheduled instalments directly with Collegiate.

THE STUDIO & AMENITIES:
The Bronze Studio is fully furnished and completely private. It includes a comfortable 3/4 double bed, a spacious study area, plenty of storage, a private en-suite bathroom, and your own kitchen.

Full-time students are exempt from Council Tax (Building is generally Band A/B).
