Double room with private living room

Hi folks
Flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over.

This is a three bedroom house. I have one room and another room as my study. In return I’m offering the other double room and the downstairs living room for yours to be private. Up to you if that’s your study or living room, dining room etc.

There is also a shared lounge space on the walk to the large kitchen that can then be “shared” if you want.

The photos of the study is the room up for grabs, the photo with the dining table is the lounge room- the table is going.

Rent is 1350, council tax is 200, water 60, wifi 60, energy has been about 100-150 on the winter.

If we can agree for you to pay 850 (and not go crazy over the thermometer) that would be great. Happy to negotiate

Looking for someone who’s a working professional and I work from home. Who also likes quiet time but having a chat is cool. I wouldn’t like a party or drama household please 🤣
