Two miles from the city centre and on many excellent bus routes.

We are an easy going household.

The room is large enough to have clearly defined sleeping, lounge and study/dining area. The room has its own fridge bigger than the one shown in the photo.

Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside.

Note two small friendly spaniels also live here!
