We have a lovely large room available in a clean and peaceful house conveniently located on Westcotes drive only 10mins walk to city centre and good commuter links.

ONLY SHARING WITH 3 OTHER HOUSEMATES.

We also have a spacious kitchen, shower and bathtub with a separate toilet and a shared dining room.

The rent includes ALL the bills ( gas, elec, council tax, water, tv licence and broadband) and we have a cleaner twice a week who cleans the communal areas to maintain highest standards of cleanliness at all times.

A little about the housemates:

We are looking for friendly professionals and considerate housemates who respect other peoples boundaries and are clean. It would suit people who are looking for friendly vibe but mostly prefer there own space as the house is designed in this way oppose to a full on party house. We hold a strict policy in the communal areas and expect everyone to clean up after themselves straight away so its fair on everyone who want to use the kitchen :-)

A little about us:

Most importantly we are private landlords who have been specialising in houseshares for over 25 years!! We are hands on and ensure selecting considerate and appropriate housemates to fit in with current housemates. We have a high service level with a cleaner twice a week and our own maintenance person to rectify any problems that should arise. We do our best endeavours to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with added attention to details.
