We currently have a large room which is available only ten mins walk to city centre and 5 mins to braunstone gate and narborough rd. Its a great quiet location and minutes walk to all local amenities and a fantastic links to motorways.

The house has more of an independent feel designed to be clean and peaceful so we are looking for quiet and considerate housemates who want more of an independent feel with friendly atmosphere rather than a full on party house.

The property has a new modern kitchen fitted with a dining area, and two shower rooms.

This would ideally suit people who want a quiet and considerate household where people always clean up after themselves and who are professionals and looking for something on a budget with a more independent feel and more times then not just want there own space.

The rooms are inclusive of all bills even broadband. We have a cleaner who visits TWICE a week also.

We have been established over 25 years so we are hands on :-) to make sure everything runs smoothly and in selecting the right tenants.. Please note we are private landlords and not an agent but pride ourselves on service.
