It's just 2 minutes walk to the shops (Sainsbury's, Co-op & Iceland), cafes, restaurants and bars in Narborough Road; 5 minutes drive to a huge Tesco on Narborough Road; appx 10 minute drive to the M1/M69 junction and Fosse Park.

House - Virgin fibre broadband, 2 fridge/freezers, oven and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. We provide a cleaner free of charge for the communal areas.
