We have a double room upstairs at the front of the house complete with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and vanity sinks in room , available immediately.

Holding deposit is £80 to secure the room.

This property has a large patio and garden. The house has 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, and an additional toilet. Also 3 tenants have their own en suite so there are plenty of facilities.

There is a shared area with TV and sofa's. The kitchen has two cookers and a three large fridge freezers. There is a separate utility room with two washing machines and a dryer. The bedrooms are all furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and beds. TV points in every room
