We have a double room downstairs at the front of the house complete with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and newly decorated and new carpet .

Holding deposit is £100 to secure the room.

This property has a large patio and garden. The house has 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, and an additional toilet. Also 3 tenants have their own en suite so there are plenty of facilities.

There is a shared area with TV and sofa's. The kitchen has two cookers and a three large fridge freezers. There is a separate utility room with two washing machines and a dryer. The bedrooms are all furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and beds.

Utilities are included in the rent which inlcude: council tax, gas, electric, water rates, wireless broadband.

The washing machine is not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected, the dryer is free of charge.

The house is in a great location for buses into the town centre (10 min away) or road links A46/M1. There is a shopping centre with large Tesco 5 mins away and there is a beautiful garden (with woodlands behind) to enjoy the evenings and weekends.
