En-suite room available in a 3 bedroom house. Five minutes from DMU campus and the Royal Infirmary. It is next to the canal and 20 minutes walk from the city centre and the train station. All bills included.

The room has a chest of drawers, wardrobe, three quarter bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The house has a kitchen, lounge and decking area. There is on street permit parking and there is a spare permit. There is a desk in the lounge if you work from home.

I like a chat over a coffee and I'm social. But i am out quite a bit and the house does get quiet. I'm sure this would suit some people though.

This advert is potentially for a shorter stay as i may be renting or selling the house after January.

There is one other lodger who will be moving out on 17th October, so i will be putting another ad for the other room out then (also en-suite).
