We have a lovely refurbished Large room available in a modern and friendly house conveniently located in a fabulous location which is very close to fosse park and 15-20 mins walk to leicester royal infirmary hospital and DMU.

A little about the room and the house:

The room has just been refurbished giving it a spacious and modern ambience throughout.

We have just refurbished the cosy dining room as you can see from the photos and we have two separate showers and two separate toilets in the property.

This property has a large modern kitchen and then another mini kitchen with all the amenities.

The rent includes ALL the bills ( gas, elec, council tax, water and broadband) and we have a cleaner TWICE a week who cleans the communal areas to maintain highest standards of cleanliness at all times.

The house is designed in a way which doesn’t encourage full on party house but respectfulness to other housemates. We hold a strict policy in the communal areas and expect everyone to clean up after themselves straight away so its fair on everyone who want to use a clean and tidy kitchen which keeps everyone happy :-)

A little about the housemates:

The current housemates are all professionals and considerate who respect other peoples boundaries and are clean and tidy and create a nice friendly vibe all aged between 21-45

We would be looking for likeminded people and accept all professionals and we would consider mature student.

A little about us:

Most importantly we are private landlords who have been specialising in houseshares for over 20 years!! We are hands on and ensure selecting considerate and appropriate housemates to fit in with current housemates. We have a high service level with a cleaner TWICE a week to maintain a high level of cleanliness and our own maintenance person to rectify any problems that should arise. We do our best endeavours to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with added attention to details.
