A furnished single bedroom is available in a spacious 4-bedroom semi-detached house in Western Park, LE3, from the beginning of September 2026.

Location

The house is in a convenient location with easy access to Leicester city centre and local amenities:

* Around a 30-minute walk to Leicester city centre
* On a direct bus route into the city
* Approximately 15 minutes from Glenfield Hospital
* Around a 4-minute taxi journey to Meridian Leisure Park, with restaurants, pubs, a cinema and bowling
* Approximately 5 minutes by car from the M1/M69
* Local shops and amenities are also close by

The Room

The bedroom is fully furnished and includes:

* Double wardrobe
* 32” wall-mounted flat-screen TV
* Solid-wood furniture
* Carpeted flooring
* Individual security lock for additional privacy
* Additional storage space available if required

The House

The house is spacious, quiet and homely, with plenty of communal space. It includes:

* Garage providing additional storage

The communal areas are professionally cleaned once a week, the garden is maintained regularly, and the house is kept clean and tidy by everyone living here.

Current Housemates

There are currently three people living in the house:

* Pernell – Finance
* Jordan – Retail

Everyone is friendly and sociable, while also respecting each other’s privacy and having their own lives outside the house. We’re looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and would like to make the house their home rather than simply treating it as somewhere to stay.

Bills & Fees

No deposit or administration fees.

Bills are included in the rent, including Wi-Fi.

The main priority is finding the right person who will fit well into the house and look after it as their home.

Viewings

It’s difficult to give a full impression of the house and the people who live here in an advert, so viewings are encouraged.

I’m happy to arrange a virtual viewing via whatsapp video call initially, followed by an in-person viewing. We’re also flexible with arrangements and would encourage prospective tenants to meet the housemates and have a chat before deciding.
