A single bedroom available in a spacious 4 bedroom semi detatched house in Western Park LE3.
Located on a bus route into the city centre (30 minute walk) and only 15 minutes away from the Glenfield Hospital, this is the ideal house share for a young professional. Also within a 4 minute taxi journey is Meridian Leisure park which hosts restaurants, pubs, Cinema and Bowling. Also a 5 minute drive away from the m1/m69 motorway.

The bedrooms all have security locks to give everybody their own privacy if wanted. They are carpeted and fully furnished with solid wood furniture (please see photos) along with a 32" flatscreen TV on the wall. It comes furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. (Extra Storage space available if needed).

The house is very homely, quiet and spacious. There is a bathroom and also a downstairs toilet along with a large living room/ dining room along with a lovely kitchen with integrated appliances.

Communal areas are cleaned once a week, the garden is maintained and the housemates are always really tidy so the place is very homely and clean.

There is a well kept garden with a patio area along with a garage for storage.

3 people live here at the moment. Dan who works as a restaurant manager, Pernell who works in finance and Jordan who works in retail. All like to socialise whilst also being able to have their own space and are looking for someone nice to join them.

It is hard to get across how nice the house and people are in one add. So I would encourage you to view. I am happy to do virtual viewings with the house via Zoom which has worked well and then do an actual viewing, but we are very flexible. I encourage anyone to meet the house & get to know them & myself.
