I am a working landlady and have a large furnished double room to rent in my clean comfortable home.
I have my 24 year old son living with me plus our labrador and a cat so a love for animals is quite important.
I am looking for a student/graduate or working person.
The kitchen/dinning area is a large open plan room with the usual appliances (oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, airfryer, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, etc.)
The bathroom is shared. It is light, airy and clean and their is also a downstairs toilet with wash basin.
There is a nice garden and patio, with table & chairs. Parking for 1 car.
The house is a 5 minute walk to the town centre college/university, plus short bus routes to the train station, airport and surrounding areas.
