Spacious, fully furnished town house in great location being close to the town centre (5 mins from cinema, restaurants, supermarkets, etc) and train station, yet in a quiet location.

The room that is available is on the 2nd floor to the rear of the property so is very quiet. It's bright and recently refurbished to a high standard and includes laminate flooring, great study space with zoned lighting and pull up power, large mirrored wardrobe (with loads of storage space) and a light grey decoration.

You will share a bathroom with ONE other girl so the facilities are great!

The kitchen comes with all mod cons including washing machine, microwave, Air fryer double oven, lots of cupboard space, etc.

The lounge has comfy sofa for watching your favourite movies and there is a separate utility room for bike storage and drying clothes so your bedroom can be kept clutter free!

All rooms are let on a single person occupancy only basis so you'll only be sharing with only 3 other housemates.

Small, very manageable private south facing garden to the rear of the property.

Current housemates are quiet and considerate so we're looking for a clean and sociable person who wants the same. This is a good thing :-)
