2 double size rooms avaiable, with two bathrooms, and one shared kitchen and living room. Garden and parking spaces included.

Only two bedroom will be rented, so the office, living room, eating area, kitchen and bathroom will be shared.

new kitchen, bathroom, new solid wood floors, bed and other furnitures are avaiable or based on request.

ALL bills included. Couples are welcome with higher price.
