Gorgeous home, calm relaxed in Loughborough.

Hi all!

I'm Saff, a 30 year old specialist nurse originally from Cornwall. I moved here last year and have a lovely live in landlord who I have lived with during my time here, but he is moving out to be with his partner therefore looking for someone to take over his room!

He's a very relaxed, happy landlord and we have a lovely home here. It's in a relaxed estate area, very safe. I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, has a fun sense of humour and someone who can be a friend and equally feel that the house is a home.

I work remote full time and am pretty flexible with if someone would like to also work from home. We have an office so it would work out well as I either work in the office or downstairs.

I am pretty busy with hobbies and like to travel often, I like to be social with my pals and have them over from time to time. It would be great to have a housemate that becomes a friend!

We have a lovely kitchen and open plan dining room, office, one bathroom and a generous sized garden (that needs tending to if possible with help from moi!).
