Double room to rent in a two-bed flat about five minutes walk from the town centre in Loughborough. The owner will stay during the week for 2-3 nights (October - December) and 1-2 nights (February-May) but generally works late, from 0800-2200 so won't be around much. The rest of the time you will have the flat to yourself. Bills not included as you will be the main person living in the flat. Flat will be furnished over the summer (current photos were taken on the day we got the keys!). Shower room only. Looking for someone aged 25+ who is clean and tidy.
