Furnished room to rent, Grange Park

Single room to rent in my cosy ground floor flat. Please note, it has direct access (no shared access with other flats). The single can be pulled out to a king but it takes over the whole room. The room can be set up with either a desk or chest of drawers and has storage drawers under the bed too.

There's one designated parking space for the property but there's always visitor spots free as well as free parking on the road in the cul de sac.

All bills included, so water, council tax, electric, heating, netflix prime etc.

There's a small shared fenced off garden space, but the flat is surrounded by green space anyway. It's also right next to a golf course if that's your thing.

I'm pretty active, and would just ask you look after and respect the place. I work from home but often travel for work.
