This is a lodging arrangement, not a tenancy agreement, for a small double room next to the train station, ideal for working professionals or students who need a short‑term stay of up to 3 months. Longer stays can be considered at the 3 month point.
£550 PCM for full‑week lodging
£500 PCM for weekday‑only stays (Mon–Fri)
There is private parking.
