Two furnished rooms are available from November in a house next to Bom Bom café, close to Loughborough University.

Great location
A local supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafés, a barber shop and a bus stop are all around a one-minute walk away.
The university library, Wolfson School, AACME and ABCE are approximately a 10-minute walk away.

Available rooms
• Large double room — £450 pcm: a double bed, wardrobe, desk and plenty of storage space.
• Single room — £350 pcm: a single bed, small wardrobe and desk.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. Downstairs, there is a kitchen, living room and dining area. The house has one shared bathroom, plus an additional toilet in the rear garden that is rarely used.
There are front and rear gardens. The enclosed rear garden is suitable for barbecues and bicycle storage, and there is also a separate storage room.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Public parking spaces are available nearby.

Rent and bills
Individual room rents are listed above (roughly). Bills are not included; internet, water, electricity and gas are paid separately and shared between housemates.

About me and who I’m looking for
I’m a PhD student from China currently living in the house. I’m outgoing and enjoy getting to know the people I live with, whether that’s having a chat or occasionally sharing a meal. I also appreciate a quiet home and respect everyone’s personal space.

I’m hoping to find fellow students who are tidy, considerate and friendly, and who would enjoy a similar balance of socialising and quiet time. No pets, please.
