Lodger required for peaceful home in Central Loughborough. Sharing with owner and two rescue dogs. Successful applicant needs to have experience of living with dogs (that shed) and be okay in a home with house plants and fresh flowers.
The bedroom that is available is a large single which has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe/hanging space, desk, bookshelves, two chairs and a pinboard.
The large bathroom has a bath and separate level access shower, sink and WC. The are two reception rooms and a hallway. The kitchen and pantry are well equipped with induction hob, two ovens, airfryer, microwave, food processor, bread maker, washing machine etc. The garden is a lush green oasis with seating and a pond. There is onstreet residents permit parking.
Rent includes utility bills, council tax, WiFi, various TV streaming services. Plus surplus home grown vegetables from the allotment.
