We have a double furnished renovated room available - will consider short term or long term lets, (very flexible) so do get in touch.

The house is located in the centre of Loughborough, 5 mins walk from the Rushes, 5 mins walk from Cineworld and all the restaurants and 5 mins walk from train station. All bills included including fast broadband, water, gas, electric, council tax etc. The house is 3 storey so plenty of space- we have 2 bathrooms, a large garden, a large open plan renovated kitchen/diner and 2 living rooms.

We are all friendly, but also appreciate everyone likes their own space too.

Please note there is limited parking- it is permit on street. Restrictions are during the week and a Saturday so if you are out at work 8/9-5/6 on a weekday it is fine.
