The house is located in the centre of Loughborough, 5 min walk from supermarkets, gyms, pubs etc and 5-10 min walk from the train station.
All bills included (gigabit broadband, water, gas, electric, council tax etc). The house has plenty of space- we have 2 bathrooms, a garden, a large open-plan renovated kitchen/diner and a living area.
The house is clean, well presented and quiet but requires like-minded individuals to help maintain this.
Permit Parking is available if needed at additional cost (roughly £20 a year)
Not suitable for full WFH
