beautiful large double room in a shared house, close to the center of Loughborough town.
The room is lovely and quiet, and large for a terraced house, with good decoration throughout. Shared areas include bathroom with big corner bath and shower, separate toilet, lounge and fully fitted kitchen with cooking equipment, two large fridge-freezers, Air Fryer.

Outside has lovely little side Bonsai garden to sit in. The house is very homely and has lots of plants.

The property is in a central location with all of the city centre amenities within a 3-5 minute walk. You can enjoy supermarkets like ALDI, LIDLS, TESCO right on your doorstep and local attractions such as ODEON and close to National forest park with lovely canal walking and cycling paths. Also, a great thing is its very close to the train station it is a few minutes away and you will have access to bus links and public transport. University bus link is every 10 mins and also 24 hr buses links every 15 mins to airport. And 18 mins trip to Leicester or Nottingham.

Note, looking for mainly people who work or study full time 9 to 5 not work from home, no night shifts or airline cabin crew.
