Furnished King Room

We are excited to offer a fully furnished king-sized bedroom in our well-proportioned three-bedroom home, located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Market Harborough town centre and around a 15-minute walk / 5-minute drive from the train station — offering a great balance of convenience and calm.

The house includes off-road parking and shared access to a living/dining room, kitchen, garden, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower.

We’re a friendly, professional couple in our late 30s, looking for a like-minded lodger who is respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. We both work full-time and enjoy a mix of relaxed evenings at home and time out socialising. This would particularly suit someone who works outside the home or only works from home occasionally.

We also share our house with our affectionate (and slightly mischievous!) indoor cat, so it’s important that anyone sharing the space is comfortable around him and can embrace his quirky personality. In return, we offer a well-kept and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable and at ease.
