Double room is in a house shared with 2 males, 1 female aged between 28 and 32.
I currently own 4 House Shares on Lathkill St and have managed them as house shares for the last 12 years. Tenants in my house shares are often new to the area and are made to feel most welcome by existing tenants. Many of my current tenants have been with me for a number of years.
