There is also an ethernet hi speed cable wired from downstairs to the bedroom for faster Internet speeds if needed. We currently have Virgin Media 1Gig package.

Cupboard X1 includes shelf, fridge shelf and bottom drawers, and freezer compartment x2 for your own food shopping.
Use of the washing machine and dryer, please use your own detergent.
Shared use of bathroom, kitchen, living room and back/front gardens.

We are a professional working couple, we have 1 dog, 2 cats and 1 gecko. I have sisters and nephews that pop round quite often. Due to this we would like to ask for you to complete a basic DBS check first to ensure a good match.

We may complete a Claires Law check with the police at any time.

I'm Vegan and my partner is Vegetarian, although we do not eat meat we would have no issue with someone buying and cooking their own for meals - as long as they cleaned up after themselves and practised good hygiene.
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, doesn't mind animals being around them and is a non-smoker.

We are looking to rent our room out to a professional or working individual.

We both work different shifts, I'm up at 7am and back from work by 6pm. My partner works from 2pm - 10pm. We are usually in bed by 11-11:30 pm and can only apologise in advance if we wake you or disturb your evening.

If you are interested in renting this room short or long term please contact me to discuss. I will have a short contract of agreement to be signed that outlines the expectations we have of yourself and likewise you would expect from us. This will include an inventory of items you may take with you and the items that must stay in the bedroom upon you leaving.
Rent is expected weekly on a Monday, this can be cash or bank transfer for those staying ad-hoc.

Those staying longer then a month should ensure the months rent is paid on the 1st of every month.
