We are a professional working couple, we have 1 dog, 2 cats and 1 gecko. I have sisters and nephews that pop round quite often. Due to this we would like to ask for you to complete a basic DBS check first to ensure a good match.
I'm Vegan and my partner is Vegetarian, although we do not eat meat we would have no issue with someone buying and cooking their own for meals - as long as they cleaned up after themselves and practised good hygiene.
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, doesn't mind animals being around them and is a non-smoker.
We are looking to rent our room out to a professional or working individual. We are happy to consider renting to someone Monday - Friday, Friday - Monday if needed or for longer term.
We both work different shifts, I'm up at 7am and back from work by 6pm. My partner works from 2pm - 10pm. We are usually in bed by 11-11:30 pm and can only apologise in advance if we wake you or disturb your evening.
Bedroom is due to be redecorated, this is reflected in the price.

Rent is expected weekly on a Monday, this can be cash or bank transfer for those staying ad-hoc.
Those staying longer then a month should ensure the months rent is paid on the 1st of every month.
