Double room (8 x 13ft) available in modern, clean 4 bed detached house in Quorn. The room has a double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and aerial point for TV.
The large (shared) bathroom has a walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. Downstairs there is a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining room overlooking the pretty back garden, a utility/laundry room, a large shared lounge, an office/ sitting room and toilet
Parking is available on the driveway.
The house is shared with myself and 2 other lodgers. and a friendly Birman cat.
The house is within walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants in Quorn but in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul de sac. Approx 2 miles from Loughborough and 5 mins walk to bus stop to Loughborough or Leicester.
I would prefer someone who goes out to work rather than working from home.
This is a friendly, happy household; although we usually do our own thing, it is important that we all get on well together and that a good atmosphere is maintained.
