I have a room available to rent in a lovely Victorian terrace in Ratby. The room will be newly decorated before you move in and can come either furnished or not depending on preference.

I’m looking for a clean and quiet professional who will love my home like I do.

Ratby is close to the M1 and A46 and is a great location for commuting. There is also a bus stop close to the house and a park and ride approximately 15 mins drive away.

About the house and what is included:

Double room newly decorated and can be furnished or unfurnished.

Ideally Monday - Friday (some flexibility here).

Shared bathroom with bath and new walk-in shower.

Shared kitchen with new hob and oven and a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Shared dining room with table chairs and seating.

Garden with patio and chairs and table.

Bills are included.

On street parking and close to local pubs and shops.

Sorry - no smokers or pets.

About the current lodger:

Professional female in her 40s. Friendly, quiet, clean and tidy.
