This share with owner would be most suitable for a working professional person who does not work from home odd days is fine. Monday to Fridays renters will be considered. All requested references and financial, immigration checks will apply.

Own double size room which has a single bed which can double as relaxing seating area if and when required. Room for a desk and chair for work or study.

Use of communal areas, shower room/bath shower room with toilet if required. large kitchen dinner, orangery dinner, lounge snug with TV and cosy log burners. Wi-Fi throughout the house. Smart TV can be used in own room. own usage of utility contributions, all other bills including. The house has a large garden to relax in with seating throughout. Fruit and veg areas and lodger is welcome to potter in garden or grow items if enjoys gardening for relaxation. Gardener employed.

Rothley is a up market country village on the north edge of Leicester. Main bus routes runs between Leicester and Loughborough. Park and ride available close by into Leicester city . Village has shops and cafe, convenience shops, fish and chips restaurant, dentist and chemist, hairdressers, eating pubs, classes, tennis club & golf club etc.

The area is close to city and good access to the country with lovely walking areas and close to Brad-gate park, Canal walks. Within driving distance to Rutland. Car is recommended to enjoy the area but mainly to appreciate the larger area and access further afield. Off street Parking place available for use.
