We’re offering a cozy, furnished en-suite bedroom in our three-bedroom house in Shepshed, ideal for a working professional or a student. In addition to the fully furnished ensuite double bedroom (king sized bed), you’ll have access to a private, fully furnished study with a large desk and bookshelves. There is plently of space in both rooms for additional furniture should you wish.

You will be sharing the house with myself and my partner, and our quiet cat. We live here full time and are looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and happy to enjoy their own space while being mindful of the calm environment we value. While the kitchen-diner is shareable, we tend to use the living room ourselves and are hoping to find someone who’s comfortable with that dynamic. If you don't mind feeding our very chilled indoor cat the odd time we're away, that'd be a bonus - but not essential!

We have a driveway space available, a shared second bathroom with a bath, and all bills included in the £650 per month rent (note that the bills portion may vary slightly).

The location is great for access to the M1, making it easy to reach Nottingham, Derby, or Loughborough. Ideally, you’d have a car if you need to commute. The room is available from October 2026.
