Walking distance to Train station ( Leicester, Leicester university, Loughborough, Loughborough university, Nottingham city centre, and park way station) and also 1/2 hourly buses, go to Quorn, Barrow upon Soar then Loughborough town/ university.

Also walking distance, to doctors, to dentist, to takeaways, 2 pubs, a Library, and shops, and nature walks.

You must be an animal lover, we have 3 lovely cats, this is really important to us. lol. and no smoking or vaping indoors please, I'm asthmatic.

Space for a bicycle, or parking available at front of property.

Small Double room upstairs,(SMALL Double Bed) with double wardrobes, laptop table, and chair.
Room 2 is downstairs, unfortunately not able to rent out as a 2nd bedroom but it has another double wardrobe in it too and big enough to use as a study, a TV room or a storage area.

cleaning ? Please Keep your rooms tidy, we will Keep the rest of the house clean. Food is not included, however filtered water and Coffee and tea is. WiFi and bills are also included.

Our home is situated in Sileby, the outskirts of Loughborough, so Having your own transport is important.

Especially getting to the surrounding areas of Loughborough. Ie, Shepshed etc.

By car, it's 20 minutes away from East Midlands airport, easy access to the A46 leading to Nottingham or Leicester, in addition 21, minutes away to the M1 junction 23. Plus driving to Bradgate park Beackon Hill, Lady Jane Greys house (queen for 9 days) for nice days out.
