Lovely single room available in a peaceful and homely flat in Stoneygate, Leicester.

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy female housemate to share my home with. The room is a comfortable single bedroom and the flat is clean, calm and well looked after.

I’m a working professional in my 30s and really value having a home that feels peaceful and comfortable. I’m friendly and sociable and always happy to have a chat or a cup of tea, but I also appreciate privacy and having our own space, so I’d ideally like someone with a similar balance.

The flat is in lovely Stoneygate, with good access to Leicester city centre and local shops, cafés and amenities.
