• Local amenities - plenty available 2 minutes away in East Leake village – Restaurants / Mini-supermarket / Post Office / Hair Dressers – Beauty Salon / Deli and independent produce shops / the usual takeaways …
• Loughborough town is 15 minutes away, offering cinema, theatre, clubs, bars, banks and supermarkets, general shopping including mall, retail parks and a regular outdoor market.
