I have a lovely double room available in my home in Whitwick, Leicestershire. It’s a really nice, quiet area and the house has been completely renovated, so it’s clean, modern and very comfortable. 😊 close to woodlands for walking and only 30 mins from Leicester/ 20 mins to Loughborough.
The room comes with use of the rest of the house, including:
🛏️ large double bedroom
🌿 Nice garden
🚗 Garage/parking space
💻 Use of an office if needed
🛋️ Comfortable living space
🍽️ Modern kitchen
🛁 Shared bathroom
📶 WiFi
📺Sky TV & Netflix
It’s a very quiet location, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful home rather than a busy house share.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate and would like a nice, relaxed place to live. 🏡
If you’re interested or would like to know a bit more, just send me a message and we can have a chat or arrange a viewing. 📩😊
