- A spacious furnished double room with a comfortable, new double bed.
- Wi-fi included and central heating is on (warm house)!
- Modern bathroom shared with one adult, with good hygiene standards kept and expected.
- A large kitchen with great facilities to do meal prep and a fridge shelf for you (Vegetarian – no meat or fish)
- Freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer and garage storage for push bike.
- By arrangement, some snack/refreshment/breakfast provisions and bedding/laundering can be provided.
- Open plan seating area and dining room.
- A large, private, well established garden.
- A busy but friendly live in landlord who is chatty/helpful and also respects privacy and space.
- 1 affectionate cat who can easily be kept out of your room.
- Great location near to bus routes into town/train station, near Leicester University, 15 min to town on the bus.
- Easy, free street parking for your car.

*Things to be aware of/potential dealbreakers;*

- The right person needs to be working regular hours outside the house (as I work from home too.)
- The right lodger will be LGBT friendly and left leaning politically.
- The kitchen is vegetarian, so no meat and fish.
- The right lodger needs to have another home to go to MOST weekends, but some occasional flexibility can be negotiated (for extra payment)
- I am open to a short term or longer term arrangement for the right lodger.
- Please note, this is NOT suitable for a couple.
