Welcome to my place!

If you're looking for a quiet house, then look no further! Whilst in my home you will have full use of the facilities. This is inclusive of all bills and even toilet rolls!

Whilst I do live at the property, I like to give guests space to do their own thing and feel at home. Due to being built around 1960 and being on 3 floors, my house is also spacious enough to help with this.

Both rooms are furnished double rooms with TV points. The smaller room has a double wardrobe, large over-stairs storage cupboard, dressing table/desk, beside table and a 5 drawer chest. The larger room has a king sized bed, 2 double wardrobes, a bedside table, a small desk with chair and a tallboy cabinet. A basic freeview tv can be borrowed at no extra cost.

There are two bathrooms with a power shower, plus two toilets in the house, so no queuing.

My home boasts a large kitchen with breakfast bar, at which you are most welcome to eat, work and relax. There is ample storage space in the kitchen cupboards (one cupboard per guest) as well as in an extra large fridge (1 shelf per guest) plus some storage in a large chest freezer as well.

I have high speed fibre internet/WiFi for residents to use.

The garden is decked and I have two outdoor tables that you can also relax at.

The area

The house benefits from being located on a quiet street, whilst being conveniently located near to amenities.

There is a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away with buses every 20 minutes which will get you to Scunthorpe town centre/hospital in 30 minutes. There is also ample parking, both on the road and in a parking bay just opposite the property.

A half-decent convenience store is just three minutes walk away/Aldi is half a mile and Morrisons just over one mile away from my home. There are a couple of pubs, takeaways, an Indian restaurant and a gym within a five minute walk, and Ashby High Street which is a small shopping area with some chain stores and local stores is about ten minutes walk away. Here there are also more takeaways and restaurants.

Scunthorpe station/town centre (larger retail area) and a good few other pubs and restaurants are a 30 minute walk from my home. A leisure centre which has gym, swimming, classes, sauna etc is 2 miles away.

British Steel is reachable within 5 minutes by car, as is the M180 motorway.
