Bungalow to share, easy access Hull and N/NE Lincs

The bungalow is in a quiet residential village with 2 pubs, a well-stocked shop with Post Office, butcher, chemist and 2 takeaways.
My home is comfortable and modern, with a garage and one off-road parking space for a medium-sized vehicle in a small culdesac shared with other residents. The accommodation available includes: a single bedroom with small TV/DVD and ample wardrobe space; your own sitting room with TV and sole use of a large bathroom with over-bath electric shower and ample storage. There is a shared, well-equipped kitchen, a conservatory (used as dining room) and a small, low maintenance garden. Broadband, Council Tax, all utility bills, laundry, weekly cleaning and window cleaning are included.
I am 64, an ex-teacher, with 2 Labradors and 3 horses - only the dogs live at home! I work 3 days a week in Exam Admin and spend my spare time mucking out the horses, dog-walking and horse-riding. I lead a very quiet life and am looking for a lodger with a similar outlook. My previous long-term lodger was with me for nearly 4 years but recently moved into a home of her own.
This is a short term let only as I am planning to move out of the area at the start of July.
