The closest to having your own flat as this is the only one rental room here.

This room let has majority usage of the small kichenette/TV room in the adjacent room.
This room contains, sink, units, hob, small oven, table and chairs, TV, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, vaccum and cleaning materials.

Bathroom with corner bath and over head shower is shared however, home owner has own facilities and therefore this room will be majority for the room guest also.
No smoking (inc drive).
Bedroom has own locked door for privacy.
Bills included: Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas and basic broadband with off-road designated parking spot.
There is not a washing machine upstairs, however the price includes up to 2 washes a week of pre-bagged washing arranged for you, which can be dried in the kitchenette area.
Mesh bags are provided for this use. Hand washing is ok in there also.
This room would suit a quiet, full time working professional or person needing a quiet spot to stay to avoid a long commute. Perfect for introvert and NHS workers (Hull, Scunthorpe & Grimsby hospitals).

There are large dogs on the premises which are locked away and do not have access to upstairs but are walked through the main door.
