A nice, 2 bedroom home in Boston.

Reasonable size living room with a large TV on the wall, nice lighting etc.

Another room with a small gym in it (will also have table and chairs shortly)

A large kitchen with all appliances. Two fridges and all items you would expect in a kitchen.

A small but cosy garden with lovley lighting, pergola. Garden will be fully decorated in the next month, just thinking of ideas. A small but cozy conservatory.

Two bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs. Decorated very nicely with marble effect walls.

I am here around half the week usually, always out and about.

The bedroom for rent is currently completey empty, ready for a new tenant to move in.

I'm hoping to find someone I get along with as obviously we will be living in the same property.
About me: I'm 29, I work full time, I like kickboxing and spontaneous activities, just random things, I don't mind the odd cocktail or night out but also love nights in chilling. I love my car, even random drives out etc. I love going on holiday and seem to always have a flight booked lol. I'm very reasonable and will look for ways to help anyone where I can.

I'm looking for £400 a month , all in. No extra costs for bills etc. (Excluding council tax) The house has external CCTV, good WiFi and huge potential.
