i am looking for someone to rent out my spare room, it is fully furnished and ready for someone too move in. Upon renting the room you will have access to the whole house which will be shared between my self and whom ever would like to rent, this includes kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, washroom and if any storage is needed i have a small spare room and a large shed with lock. I have a cat called Oscar who is very friendly. there is parking round the back which is shared but free all day/night. i dont really have much preference as to who to rent the room out to but ideally would like someone close to my age (23)
