The Room: This lovely first-floor double bedroom comes furnished and has a built-in wardrobe. Furnishings, aside from the bed, can be removed if a lodger wants to exchange them for their own. The room has its own lock and key.

All bills, including utilities, council tax (Band A), and high-speed internet are included. The house is not suitable for a dog, but other pets may be considered in conjunction with a larger security deposit. Rent will be paid monthly and up-front.

The House: The house has two reception rooms (living room and dining room), with a hallway by the front door entrance. There is a good-sized kitchen with an electric cooker, washing machine and rear entrance. The bathroom is shared with access to a toilet, washbasin and shower-over-bath. The 1st floor has an additional bedroom and a shared upstairs toilet with a washbasin.

The Drive: The house has private OFF-STREET PARKING with space for two cars, a rarity this close to the beach and local amenities. There is a outside shed and seating area

The Location: The house is in an amazing location with the beach, high-street, marketplace and local train station only a few minutes walk away. There is also easy access to several local bus routes, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

The Landlord: I am an easy-going individual who keeps the house (reasonably) clean and tidy. I'm looking for a fellow professional who needs either long or short-term accommodation in a comfortable home environment.
