My home is situated within a quiet gated community of just four homes on the southern outskirts of Gainsborough. Parking is available in my underground car port and a rail station, bus stops and a supermarket (Aldi) are all within 5 minutes walk.
The property has a garden, patio and terrace for relaxation. The furnished accommodation includes a separate large bathroom. Other space, such as office space, could be made available if required.
