I have a lovely 3 bed house in a nice quiet part of Grantham and am looking to rent one of the rooms out. The room is furnished with solid oak furniture. There is one bathroom and a down stairs toilet next to the utility room. The drive is big enough for 2 cars and a nice sized garden. All bills are included, including council tax (band A) and streaming services.
Sometimes you will have the place to yourself as we tend to travel to see family at weekends. We are having a baby in October, so this is why it is only temporary, but if you feel you could live with a newborn, we are open to a more permanent option.
