The house is in the centre of Grantham. The rooms are very large and some are ensuite. There are also 3 separate bathrooms / WCs, so it works out as one bathroom / WC per bedroom. There is a large lounge with a 50" TV. The house has Virgin fibre optic broadband WiFi throughout. There is a very large kitchen with adjoining breakfast room and utility room. Appliances include dish washer, 2 washing machines, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer plus 2 other fridge/freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen and bathrooms are finished to a high standard. The house has gas central heating and double glazed windows. There is even a gym and the rooms have recently had some new IKEA furniture fitted. There is a large patio with chairs at the rear of the property. The communal areas are cleaned weekly. One very large en-suite double room available now. I will not accept pets. Smokers must smoke outside.
