Light, warm, mid sized double bedroom in a nice, comfortable, safe house.
The room is for one person although occasional overnight guests are allowed if you have a partner.. it is furnished but if you would like to bring your own mattress or bed that’s fine too.
Lovely, large garden, kitchen and lounge you are welcome to share. There is street parking if needed. Virgin fibre superfast broadband, council tax and all household bills are included in the rent.
The number 4 bus stop is right outside for bus journeys to Cleethorpes and Grimsby Town centre but they are both close enough to walk or cycle to. Weelsby woods also very near by.
Sorry but we don’t allow pets, we already have two bunny rabbits in an outbuilding. No smoking in the house but vaping is ok, smoking in the garden is allowed.
Space for your bike in our garage if needed.
Toilet paper, tea, coffee and milk are all included in the rent.
My partner and I own the house, people tend to stay years with us thanks to our friendly, easy going nature. My partner and I are gay but not so much you could tell. We have another lodger that is female and some weekends my son stays over. The house is modern with two toilets and a fantastic shower.
