This is the back bedroom of our 4 bedroom home and whilst it doesn't have an ensuite, there is a bathroom that would be for your sole use. My wife and I work from home and have chickens in the garden. You would be welcome to use the facilities of the house as well as the garden. Parking is available on the street and is plentiful. Bills are included in the cost of the monthly rent.
